The list was last seen in the front pocket of a balding elderly English gentleman. The suspect made his escape by sailing downwind aboard a Laser from the Ramp, a popular drinking establishment in San Francisco where the drinks are strong and the women beautiful (especially after many of those strong drinks). Please, if you see the suspect, approach with caution he is armed with a biting wit and heavy sarcasm.
